I see the cons that since AWS has only one region in Mumbai then it can not provide DR which is suppose to be in different city (i.e. Chennai, Hyd or Bangalore).
Second cons I see here is that if a company which is established in Chennai and chooses aws cloud which has PR data center in Mumbai, they would have bandwidth lag by default compared to it aws would have been in Chennai.
Is my understanding correct for aws
